This song is very easy to play. Mostly power chords and just one lead line at the pre-chorus. It's all about the groove man. Heavy distortion is preferred due to it being a Planetshakers song.
I used my most trusty effects for this song, the classic 4 pedals. I seriously wonder when will I ever use the other pedals more? I know the Prince of Tone serves me for solo electric guitar playing and the Timeline for Hillsong songs. But the Nano POG is getting wasted on my board. Arghhh... Back to topic, this song doesn't really require me to change effects, also because I chose the parts that generally doesn't need delay or clean tones.
Wonderful wonderful song. Been so happy emotionally these few days. Got the army contract, got a spot in the worship band, getting slowly back to God... Just yesterday, I decided to surrender all that I have to God. I figured now that I have everything, God can very well use me more. To me, life suddenly becomes just a thing, and it's God's voice that I crave now. I'm excited about where I am heading to next!
