🔊 New Amplifier

Sigh, recently have been working my butt off heavily, resulting in fewer practices. Monday to Sunday, only Saturday (today) I take leave. And since I have earned a little, I decided to get a new amplifier, a portable one. As I went past Plaza Singapura's Yamaha shop today, I couldn't resist going in to glance through the guitars. That's when I saw this mini amp, the Orange Micro Crush. You get that right, it is the famous brand Orange. Priced at $75 originally, they are having a 15% discount so it became $63.75. I tested it out with a Yahama stratocaster and it sounded great for its size. Since it sound great on strats, it will definitely click with my Squier strat. Here are some pictures of it:

Here's a standard size pick to show how mini the amp is.

Here's the official model name.
There's even a built-in chromatic tuner too!

I kid you not, for this size and price, the sound is just great. Furthermore, it runs both on batteries or on AC adapter. Although there are still tone limitations (obviously), it should be enough for self-practice. All I need is my guitar, a cable and this amp to start my practice anywhere. :)

So with this new amp, I will certainly put in more effort in practising my skills, if my schedule allows me to of course. :) Right now I'm working on the solos of November Rain. My, are they hard to play.
