🎡 Going Mono

I finally went with Mono for my guitar protection needs. I contemplated for a really long time to get a Mono M80-EG just to carry my guitars around when I needed to bring them somewhere. My Les Paul guitar always have it's own hard shell case so I do not have to worry about that. It's my Telecaster and Stratocaster that I worry about.

Prior to getting this Mono electric guitar bag, I actually used the default Gibson soft case that came along with my Gibson Studio to carry my other guitars around. Although it's great on it's own, I still feel insecure about it. A few days ago, I sold off my Gibson Les Paul hardcase for $110 because my Gibson Studio is no longer with me.

With that money, I chanced upon this seller letting the exact Mono M80-EG go at $120. I was shocked at the price and immediately offered. I met up with the seller the very next day and got the bag. I never felt happier. The Mono bag feels so sturdy and the quality is amazing. With 2 extra compartments at the front, this bag has easily became my favourite guitar bag.

I had to hang this Superman keychain just because it's the perfect spot to hang a keychain. The length of this bag is so tall that the keychain wouldn't disturb me that much. Everything about the bag is well thought out. From the strap pockets to the intricate details, this bag is too worth it for $120. Despite being "used", it's in a condition I would rate 9/10. Now my pedalboard is under Mono's protection, and so are my guitars!

And in a sheer coincidence, my Mono M80-PB2 that is holding my pedalboard right now also costed me $120 back when I traded a PT3 hard case for it!

A moment of silence for Corona
Now for a little update about my other gears. Yes, I finally got rid of the Corona Chorus, the most underused pedal on my board. I sold it for $115, making a loss of $15 since the day I bought it. With this money, and the empty space on the board, and some of my own money, I am looking to buy an EHX Nano POG for my board.

I have heard the amazing wonders this guitar can do to worship songs so I'm excited to lay my hands on this pedal!!! Other than these, these are the updates for now. Will be going Bangkok in 10 days' time so there's a lot of people to meet before the trip! Maybe I'll find some time to record something?
