Bringing to you this time is a song from Matt Redman called Sing And Shout. He's a very talented singer that's been in the praise & worship industry for years. A friend of mine called Bing Yi has shown much interest in posting his singing clips online and that reminded me of the joy when I post my guitar clips.
So this guitar cover video is dedicated to God (because today is Good Friday) and to Bing Yi, my dear friend.

Used Worship Tutorial's Hillsong Droff patch for this one. Really brings out the thick creamy tone of the Les Paul, especially in the distorted parts. Also very happy that WT added IRs and I certainly could hear the improvement in sound quality!
Tried a different background again because sitting on the sofa proved to be rather uncomfortable for a guitar cover. A stool is still better after all. Wanted to include my guitar display inside the frame but I have to shoot from the bottom up which will be kinda weird. Still open to ideas though.
After playing the Gibson Les Paul Standard for a week or so, I really want to whack myself for not buying one sooner. Weight of the guitar doesn't seem to bother me anymore after I used the Gibson on stage last weekend. The story behind my Edcaster and PRS guitar is because I thought lighter was better!
Gibson is heavy no doubt, but the tone is unlike any others I've ever heard. And heavy guitars allows for heavier strumming! This Gibson is definitely here to stay because of that. My Edcaster is definitely not running away because it's literally MY guitar. That leaves me with the PRS, which definitely is going to be on sale soon. ð
Catch ya later!
