🌠 Wishlist

I was really only waiting for the most versatile and modern guitar to enter my life. And this new Vintera range from Fender shows up. After my last American Deluxe Stratocaster, I've never really wanted a Stratocaster anymore.

Always believed that Stratocasters had to have rosewood fretboards because a maple one just doesn't seem right. Then again, I have slowly fallen in love with maple fretboards over the years. Many famous Strat players have a vintage sunburst Strat with a maple fretboard lying around, and that made me want one too.

The new Fender Vintera '50s Modified Stratocaster is one such dream. It has got everything I personally want in a Stratocaster guitar. Neck is satin at the back, comes with smaller headstock and vintage locking tuners, equipped with the beloved S1 switching and features a 2-point tremolo system.

The vintage sunburst colour and maple fretboard, coupled with some nice aged cream hardware, has got me super interested. Will be waiting for it to arrive in Swee Lee's stores soon!

Then from the exact same series comes a '50s Telecaster. Man, oh man. This really reminds me of the fun times I had with my Squier Classic Vibe 50's. Literally exactly the same guitar with even more juicy features!

Custom shop pickups are a great deal here! And so are the vintage periodically correct measurements. Unbelievable range! 4-way switching with the added S1 system. Vintage Fender logo with "Telecaster". Amazing!!!

Really really can't wait to get my hands on these two. Might even revamp my entire collection if the need ever arises. Already looking to get a new and updated Gibson Les Paul Standard and possibly even a metal guitar!

📖 Psalm 95:1-2

O come, let us sing unto the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation! Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song.
