Ever since I found out that Windows can't do multimedia all that well, I've set my sights on the MacBook Pro. Recently, I told myself that I wouldn't do any more videos until I obtain the MacBook Pro because there's so much I know I can do with a MacBook. Also partly because I'm super busy in every aspect of life.
With my weekend fully packed, it is near impossible to sit down and record a decent guitar cover. Yesterday, I was just chilling after being at home the whole day due to a small loophole in the army system that allowed me a 1-day off. I was contemplating on touching my guitars, and then this song came on and I knew the time was right!

A good friend and worship leader, Edwin Sng, invited me back to R-AGE for a one-off worship set knowing that I can bring this exact song to life on stage with him. Their Youth Ministry has been lacking an electric guitarist for a while now and he was just wondering how to proceed with this song.
I myself was going through a tough time of finding worth in myself when he just happened to see me in Sungei Gedong Camp, and after a little talk, we both agreed that this meet wasn't just coincidence. So on the last day of August 2019, I was there on the stage I've always wanted to be on, leading in with this exact song!
Very very catchy song, strong kick drum leading the entire first half of the song, and sweet lead guitaring towards the second half. Never pictured Bethel to be the rock 'n' roll type! Quite a fun song which I found myself jumping to as I played it!
Used Worship Tutorial's Lincoln Brewster patch in this song. This patch really makes my Gibson Les Paul sing due to the fact that it utilises a Plexi-styled amp. I never wanna use another different patch with my Gibson Les Paul from now on; yeah it's that good! The 4 different drives gives out 4 different gain stages which helped distinguish lead from rhythm stuff!
Ideally I would have recorded both lead and rhythm for the chorus parts but Windows is limiting me from mashing both videos together. Maybe someday I'll come back for a revisit to this song.
