Well hello there! Today I was given an unexpected stay-home notice from SAF because I visited JEM twice last week and JEM is considered high risk after a few Covid cases visited it. And I spent my whole morning recording another guitar cover! I figured I'd do this song because it's one of my oldest ones on my channel and it could use a remake.
Song was pretty straightforward. The effects were set and go, didn't touch it the entire time. Tried a different shooting angle and it makes the video so much livelier now. Still unable to get the solo because I still cannot hear what the exact notes are.
Moving on, notice anything new about the picture above? That's right! I finally got some free time to take some new pictures of my gear. Seriously when was the last time I ever took gear shots? I can't even remember!
Since my room is now packed to the brim, I'm unable to use the wooden flooring as my backdrop. Had to use the balcony, which actually adds quite some character to the pictures. Coupled with a vibrant filter, the yellow and black colours shine through.
This is my favourite picture yet. So cool to have my favourite headstock use a backdrop with my favourite pedalboard. It's a square picture too so it could be my game DPs if I want to! Really cool stuff!
