After using my Fender Stratocaster American Deluxe for more than a year, I can safely say the string trees on the headstock is awesome. Looks awesome and feels awesome. Unlike the vintage string trees which I feel will cut the strings if they are rusty. A definite purchase for my new Warmoth neck.
This part arrived on 3rd September 2018. It took around 1 week from confirming purchase on eBay. Very fast and smooth delivery!
Next up, this item is a no-brainer. Again on the Fender Deluxe, these locking tuners are stock. After using locking tuners, I find normal tuners at a disadvantage. The locking tuners speed things up so much faster and hold tune so much better. Went with Fender's this time instead of Gotoh or Grover just because I can.
This part arrived on 5th September 2018, ahead of schedule given by eBay.
Lastly, a decorative item. I can't stand looking at an empty headstock and I definitely need something to be there. How about a classic Fender logo? I bet there are only a few necks in this world with the vintage 1952 Fender logo on a headstock mounted with Fender locking tuners. That itself is a cool combination and I'm sure it will look very nice.

Phase 2 items are next. I have yet to place orders for those items because I'm still unsure what else to buy. I can foresee an Emerson custom wiring set and state-of-the-art straplocks. There's still a few months before my main guitar body and neck arrive so plenty of time to plan. :)
