ðŸŽĩ Years From Now

This is the pedal that will slingshot me back to analog pedals. Yeah seriously. I am really considering to get back to that world just because I can. It feels real good to keep trading pedals here and there to try different sounds that the Helix can't do.

Of course, I won't be piecing a board together in a matter of weeks. I will take my time and probably get a piece of equipment per month over the next few years. With the time and money issue aside, let me start my grand plan of schemes!

Behold the next best power supply I can find on the Internet right now. This thing is capable of producing a whopping 660mA in each output, giving me a chance to combine two outputs and power whatever Line 6 monster I have on the board. The other 5 outputs can then be used to provide power for the rest of the board.

The ideal board.

Of course I would have to select a board. Thinking of getting a Metro 16 due to it's small size and tight fitting spaces. Right now I envision a total of 6 pedals on the board, with the HX Stomp drawing 2 outputs from the DC7. Seems feasible.

Also, Line 6 talks about how the Morningstar MC6 brings the HX Stomp to even greater heights. I'm not really someone who is super in to MIDI solutions because of the excessive programming it requires. But when Line 6 recommends, this MC6 should be worth checking out.

For now, I'm just scouting Facebook and various other forums for ideas. Soon enough, people would come up with exciting small boards and that's where things will change again in this post. For now, it's just my Helix and me.

📖 Psalm 95:1-2

O come, let us sing unto the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation! Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song.
