With the HX Stomp pedalboard completed back in 2021, I will also be transiting out of the Helix Floor into Helix Native for more complex effect chains. Right now, I'm still waiting for Helix Native to be fully compatible with M1 MacBooks as there are still bugs as of today.
I will also be shifting my focus to Impact Life Church worship team, after making the decision to quit Grace Assembly's Chinese Adults worship team for good. This is critical for my guitar journey because it will determine the kind of gear I purchase here on out.
I probably won't be making guitar covers as much as last time, due to the shift in focus of where I want to head in this guitar journey. I will still practice, but I'm cutting down on video recording for the time-being. I will try my best to partner with other people for jam sessions though.
Next, pedals!!! Although there is nothing I would change on the Metro 16, let's not forget I still own a Nano capable of holding 4 pedals. If fate allows, I would like to slap a Strymon Iridium on it with another pedal or two.
Modellers too actually. Would really love to try out other multi-effects like the Hotone Ampero line, the Headrush MX line and the Boss GT line. Would be so sick to not just rely on Line 6 infrastructure alone.
Lastly, guitars!!! Whew, 2021 was the first year I kept my guitar arsenal the same throughout the year. No sale, no purchase of any guitar. This certainly will change in 2022 because I'm in the market for a Filtertron equipped guitar and a Superstrat. Let's see how that turns out!!!
Alright alright, not gonna make so many goals for now. The above is probably enough to keep me busy in a year where I end work life and restart student life, amidst a whole lot of other changes. Come on 2022, come on Covid-19, be gone!!!
