I used my Grestch G5420T instead of my Telecaster because Hillsong's Droff uses a hollowbody to achieve most of his tone. A hollowbody also emphasizes the dotted 8th delay better than a Telecaster. Speaking of dotted 8th, gone is the pre-"Golden Age " delay pedals, the Strymon Timeline is perfect for the occasion. First, a little look at my effects before I continue.

| Whole pedalboard was used this time! |
Delay used is the dotted 8th digital delay from the Strymon Timeline. Timmy Overdrive, Hall of Fame 2 and the SP Compressor is on throughout the song. Timmy provides some really clean sounds. The TS9 was kicked on before the OCD, which is all before the 2nd chorus. Nano POG is only turned on during the solo. I love how the 3 drives stack to produce a very full sound during the strumming parts.
I ran my whole pedalboard into my Tech 21 Blonde for amp emulation before running it all into the Focusrite 2i4 audio interface to record with my Ableton Live 9 Lite. The live audio playback came from my brand new Yamaha THR10C this time instead of in-ear monitoring. I ran the playback out of the Focusrite using a 1/4 to 1/8 converter before running it into the MP3 input of the THR10C. Crisp and clear sounds from the THR10C simply amazes me.
Thinking back, it was a fruitful journey since my last cover of Hosanna. So much has changed since then and I am very proud to be able to record such quality covers today instead of the poor ones back then. All glory goes to God!
